“Bi Luo Chun” Green Tea from Yunnan!
When talking about “Bi Luo Chun”, you must think of the Dongting Bi Luo Chun from Jiangsu. This Yunnan version is not the same tea varietal as Dong Ting Bi Luo Chun. Instead, It is made of Yunnan leave varietal, it just resemble the making technique of Dong Ting Bi Luo Chun from Jiangsu. The Yunnan version is having bigger leaves and buds, and is snail shaped. It does not have apparent white pekoe, it taste strong with chestnut flavor. Bold in mouthfeel, a bit astringent in the first few steeps, but become sweet with lingering aftertaste in later steeps.

Brewing Method (Adjust with your own taste):
Gaiwan Style: 3-4g Tea| 150-200ml water (85-90°c) | 1-3 infusion : 10-15’s, After : Add 5’s each
Glass Style: prepare a tall glass, pre-warm the glass by rinsing it, fill your glass with 85-90°c water, add tea leaves (3g), let it rest for 1 minute, enjoy (Don’t drink the whole glass, left 1/3 of Tea liquor in the glass for resteeping, add 30’s each time)
