Wintersweet Black Tea, a elegant blend of wintersweet flower and Jiu Qu Hong Mei. Crafted from the same tea variety as the renowned Longjing green tea, Jiu Qu Hong Mei is also known as Longjing Black Tea. With its delicate and elegant profile, it is sure to delight tea connoisseurs seeking a refined and balanced naturally scented tea.

Jiu Qu Hong Mei is renowned for its elegance and subtlety. Unlike other black teas, it possesses a relatively elegant and a refined taste. This tea showcases a harmonious fusion of floral and fruity notes, complemented by a subtle undertone of red plum.

The tea is deliciously scented with a flower called the wintersweet, also known as Chimonanthus praecox or “La Mei” in Chinese. Wintersweet flower blooms in January and February, displaying small pale yellow blossoms with a waxy sheen. The tea leaves are meticulously scented with the elegant floral notes of the flower. The tea’s gentle flavor profile harmonizes effortlessly with the floral notes, resulting in a sweet and honeyed taste that lingers on the palate.
