Unveiling the Artistry Behind its Refreshing Sweetness
Bai Linfu is a rare tea with a slightly refreshing feeling in black tea. Different from the characteristics and taste of Fuding white tea, Bailin’s appearance is tight, bright dark in color, and downy with golden pekoe and the tea liquor is in bright orange color. The aroma is refreshing and delights with floral, fruity and a hint of pekoe.
Its mystery is inseparable from its tender material and craftsmanship. In the initial process, special attention is paid to controlling moderate withering to improve freshness, and strictly adopt the combination of light and heavy kneading; fermentation pays attention to temperature, humidity and time; baking adopts the method of double baking with charcoal fire, and carefully grasps the heat, and strives to maintain fresh and refreshing characteristics on the basis of refreshing fragrance. These craft characteristics have an important impact on the formation of Bai Lin’s traditional style.
