A 357g raw puerh tea cake from Zhong Cha (CNNP). This tea cake is named as “Niu Zhuan Qian Kun” （牛轉乾坤) – is a commemorative tea cake of zodiac year of the Ox. It use the blend of dry-stored puerh material aged for 3 year. Apparent white pekoe can be found in between the compressed tea leaves. It is a slightly aged tea cake, distincive in its honey notes, a bit strong with astringency at first, with lingering sweetness afterward.
