An Hua Dark Tea is a kind of post-fermented tea from Anhua,Hunan province,China.“Golden Flower” is only found in Fu Brick/Fu Zhuan. During the production process, oxidation is stopped by steaming the tea leaves, than it enter the fermentation process,including piling, dampening, and turning the tea leaves.Tea leaves are than re-steamed and compressed into bricks. And a special process of “growing flower” is included, which require precise controlling in the temperature , and PH value , humidity. Under the accurate “Flowering” process, the bad and harmful mold and bacteria will not be formed, but resulting in the formation of this beneficial golden fungus called “Golden Flower”.
