This mini cake is compressed from the loose leaves of Shou Mei (Longevity eyebrow) White Tea from Fuding. The tea leaves has many strong buds and white pekoe in between. The tea is harvested in 2019 and has been stored for four years, it has been transformed to a certain extent, and the flavor has become mellow with a bit of jujube and aged flavor, it become smooth and earthy in mouthfeel, and it taste very sweet with a well balanced floral, fruity and honey notes. It can also continue to be stored, looking forward to subsequent transformation.
