Sheep Fat Jade Porcelain Teacup with Staple Decorations
These unique teacups feature a playful twist with its decorative staples, inspired by the Juci/ staples repair technique. Juci technique, a traditional ceramic repairing method, involves using lacquer and gold to mend broken pottery, celebrating imperfections. While our teacup does not undergo the actual repair process, the staple decoration adds an intriguing touch that captures the spirit of this art form.
With four different styles to choose, all these teacups are crafted from exquisite Yanzhi porcelain, also named as sheep fat jade porcelain. Known for its creamy, good heat retention, translucent quality reminiscent of sheep fat jade, this porcelain boasts a smooth finish and subtle luster that enhances any tea-drinking experience.
