2025 Spring Batch
Gui Zhou High Mountain Cloud and Mist Green Tea
Guizhou Cloud and Mist Green Tea 貴州高山雲霧茶, also known as “Yun Wu” in Chinese, derives its name from the misty and cloudy environment of the high mountains where it is grown. This tea originates from the 1500-meter-high peaks of Guiding County in Guizhou province, an area celebrated for its pristine conditions and ideal tea-growing environment. The cool, mist-laden air and mineral-rich soil contribute to the tea’s exceptional quality and unique flavor.
This 2025 batch will be harvested before the Qing Ming Festival, with careful plucking of one bud and two tender leaves. The dark green, curly leaves are pan-fired during processing, which enhances their characteristic chestnut aroma, accompanied by a smooth, lingering sweetness.
