Osmanthus Jiu Qu Hong Mei Black Tea 2022
The kind of Osmanthus Black Tea here is made of Jiu Qu Hong Mei black tea, and is scented with natural osmanthus flower. The taste of Jiu Qu Hong Mei are not too strong and does not override the Osmanthus aroma. Its honey and fruity aroma is well combined with the osmanthus fragrance and created a unique kind of sweetness.
What is Jiu Qu Hong Mei tea?
Jiu Qu Hong Mei is also named as red plum/ longjing black tea. It is made of material from Longjing varietal in Hangzhou. People considered it to be the best partner with Longjing Green Tea, and called them “One Red & One Green” in the West Lake region. The Tea is harvested in early spring, with light fermentation, it tastes elegant and relatively light when comparing with other black tea, but it is well balanced with floral and fruity notes, and light undertone of red plum.
