Jasmine Silver Needle Mini White Tea Cake 2021
This beautiful and downy little tea cake is made of the Fuding Silver Needle White Tea and is scented with fresh Jasmine flower, both are harvested in 2021. Harvesting the silver needle in early spring, the bud is fat and full of white pekoe.The Tea undergone the traditional scenting process with the fresh Jasmine flower for several times, the tea leaves absorb the aroma from the jasime flower, well balanced with the refreshing sweetness and pekoe flavour of the Silver Needle. It is specially compressed into a small and thin “biscuit” shape, you can brew it anywhere conveniently.
