Raw Pu’erh Waffle from Bu Lang Mountain
Bu Lang Mountain, located in Menghai, Yunnan, is one of the oldest tea mountain. Pu’erh from Bu Lang Mountain is distinctive in its strong Chaqi “energy”, it is strong with bitterness, but it is very quick in Hui Gan, aka the bitterness disappear quickly, and sweetness come.
The Teacake here is made of wild arbor tree in 2017. It is compressed into a thin waffle shape, it can be break by hand easily, there are 2 piece of waffle cake wrapped in one paper, each piece is 180g, together with 360g. It is a typical “Menghai flavor”, strong Chaqi. It is stored in Yunnan warehouse for 4 years, it transformed into comfortable sweetness, backing with floral and honey notes.
