H2025 Spring Batch (AVAILABLE NOW)
Special kinds of Yunnan Baked Green Tea made of Yunnan Big Leaf Varietal
Yunnan Cui Ming Green Tea 雲南翠茗 translated as “emerald bright,” is a stunning representation of the vibrant green color found in dry leaves. Harvested freshly in late February 2025 from the Jinggu region of Yunnan, this tea features a beautiful appearance with delicate silver pekoe.
As a lightly oxidized green tea, Cui Ming is a kind of clear fragrance yunnan green tea, offers a refreshing taste and elegant aroma. Its subtle sweetness and floral notes are complemented by a gentle hint of chestnut, creating an elegant and harmonious flavor experience.
Yunnan Cui Ming Green Tea (Clear Fragrance) vs Yunnan Silver Strand Green Tea (Strong Fragrance)
While it shares a similar appearance with Yunnan Silver Strand Spring tips, the two differ in taste. Silver Strand is known for its strong fragrance and “Nong xiang” aroma type, delivering bold flavors of chestnut and green bean. In contrast, Cui Ming is characterized by a light or clear fragrance and “Qing xiang” aroma type, making it a softer, more delicate choice. You can consider them as best buddies, and would be interesting to compare them in a tasting session.
