2023 Daughter’s Ring Jasmine Green Tea
This beautiful little ring is called Daughter’s ring (Nv Er Huan) or Jade Ring (Yu Huan), it is a unique kind of ring-shaped green tea scented with Jasmine flower from Hengxian, Guangxi. The shape of the tea is like the earrings, full of silvery pekoe, and each of them is manually curled.
The Tea is made of fat tea buds and tender leaves of Yunnan big leaf variety, harvested in the early spring from the high mountain tea garden in Guangxi. The fresh leaves is made into Hong Qing Green Tea(Baked Green Tea), which means the tea is baked for kill-green instead of being pan-fired, it is then carefully curled into rings by hand. It undergone the traditional scenting process for eight times, which last for more than 60 days. The Tea fully absorb the sweet jasmine aroma, and finish with a lingering sweetness.

Brewing Method (Adjust with your own taste):
Gaiwan Style: 3-4g Tea| 150-200ml water (85-90°c) | 1-3 infusion : 10-15’s, After : Add 5’s each
Glass Style: prepare a tall glass, pre-warm the glass by rinsing it, fill your glass with 85-90°c water, add tea leaves (3g), let it rest for 1 minute, enjoy (Don’t drink the whole glass, left 1/3 of Tea liquor in the glass for resteeping, add 30’s each time)
