“Bi Tan Piao Xue”, also called Snow Jasmine – this beautiful named green tea, literally means “snow falling in an emerald pond”. It is a scented green tea made of tea buds. When brewing this Tea, the petals of Jasmine will fall up and down in the yellowish green liquor.
This batch of snow bud is harvested in the first flush of Spring from the famous tea mountain – Meng Ding Mountain in Ya’An, Sichuan. The fine and tender tea buds is full of silvery white pekoe, it undergone the traditional scenting process with the Jasmine flower for five times, which last for 60 days. The Tea taste refreshing and is well combined with the jasmine aroma with lingering sweetness.

Brewing Method (Adjust with your own taste):
Gaiwan Style: 3-4g Tea| 150-200ml water (85-90°c) | 1-3 infusion : 10-15’s, After : Add 5’s each
Glass Style: prepare a tall glass, pre-warm the glass by rinsing it, fill your glass with 85-90°c water, add tea leaves (3g), let it rest for 1 minute, enjoy (Don’t drink the whole glass, left 1/3 of Tea liquor in the glass for resteeping, add 30’s each time)
