Osmanthus Keemun Black Tea
Keemun Black Tea, also known as “Qimen Gong Fu Tea”. Its name “Keemun Black Tea” is derived from its place of origin – Qimen, which is usually called as Keemun in the Western Countries. It is one of the ten most famous Tea in China, also one of the three most famous Black Tea in the world, along with the Darjeeling Tea and Ceylon Black Tea. It is a popular “premium exporting tea” to different countries starting in 1900s, especially to England. It is special in its unique aroma called Keemun Aroma, which is unique in its high aroma, well balanced in floral, fruity and honey sweetness.
The kind of Keemun Black Tea here is called Hong Mao Feng, and is scented with Osmanthus flower. As the Hong Mao Feng used is processed with lower level of fermentation, the taste of Black Tea are not too strong and does not override the Osmanthus aroma. It is well combined with the Osmanthus fragrance and created a unique kind of sweetness.
