Bai Liang Cha Anhua Dark Tea

Hua Juan Tea (花卷茶）is a traditional Dark Tea originated from Hunnan. it is a patterned roll tea compressed and wrapped in a bamboo tube as a long cylindrical shape. This Bai Liang Cha is cut from the Hua Juan Tea, literally weight 100 Liang (liang is the Chinese ancient weighting scale, aka 10 Liang equal 0.5kg nowadays) . This tea is having long history, was found in Qing Dynasty (1862-1874).This Tea is from the famous dark tea brand – Bai Sha Xi. The tea is very sweet, with hint of smoky and herbaceous notes.
