This mini cake is compressed from the loose leaves of Gong Mei White Tea from Fuding. The plucking standard of Gong Mei is tea buds and 2-3 leaves, dry leaves are slightly larger than White Peony, but smaller than Shou Mei White Tea. As it use more mature leaves as material, the tea taste relatively stronger than White Peony. The tea is harvested in 2018 and has been stored for five years, it has been transformed to a certain extent, and the flavor has become mellow with a typical aged white tea flavor, it become smooth in mouthfeel, and it taste fragrant with a well balanced floral and honey notes, with longlasting sweetness. It can also continue to be stored, looking forward to subsequent transformation.
