Ya’An Tibetan Chocolate Brick Dark Tea 2018
This “Chocolate Bar” alike tea brick is a kind of Tibetan Dark Tea, also called “Zang Cha” in Chinese. Tibetan Tea is the essential daily drink of Tibetan for over a thousand years, they think the dark tea is having many health benefit, which is served as an supplement for them, especially when the living condition is relatively harsh back then. In the past, vegetable is difficult to be grown or transported to Tibet, so the Tibetan Dark tea can help their digestive system. Tibetan usually serve the dark tea with sugar, salt, butter and milk. Ya’an in Sichuan province, located right next to Tibet, which is a very important place to produce and export this Tibetan Dark Tea starting from Tang Dynasty.
