3. Cold Brew Dark Tea
Beat the heat with a refreshing twist. Cold brewing Anhua Dark Tea brings out its unique flavors in a chilled and invigorating way.
- 10-15g Dark Tea; 500ml water; 1:30-60, after boiling the dark tea, put it into the fridge and add ice for serving. Of course, you can add some milk and sugar into it.
4. Dark Milk Tea
Indulge in a creamy and comforting concoction. By combining Anhua Dark Tea with milk and sugar, you create a luscious beverage that satisfies both tea and dessert cravings.
- 5-10g dark tea (I usually use 5g of black brick + 5g of flower vrick), add the tea and 2-3 spoon of sugar into a saucepan, stirring every so often until sugar is dissolved, add some water and milk (Milk and Tea ratio 1:5), bring to a simmer over medium heat, filter the tea leaves and enjoy”
